Carlos expected to make City move!

Several newspapers are claiming that City are on the brink of sealing the signing of Carlos Tevez after fending off interest from Chelsea, as detailed in the Daily Mail today. More will come on this towards the end of the week i predict, hopefully it's just a matter of time now!
